PROS Productions – Terms & Conditions for Rental & Sale Services
By renting or buying from PROS Productions, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Inspection & Collection * Customers must inspect all booked or rented items at the time of pick-up. No claims will be entertained after leaving the counter.
* Orders not collected on the booked date and time will be considered *closed*. No refunds will be issued, and booking/return dates cannot be changed.

2. Payments & Refunds *Advance payments are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable* under any circumstances.
* All quoted rental prices are *exclusive of GST*. Applicable GST will be added to the final invoice.
* In case of cheque payments, bookings will be confirmed only after clearance of the cheque and credit of funds to “PROS” account.

3. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations made at least one day prior to delivery/pick-up may be eligible for a credit note, after deducting a 20% service charge.
*No credit note will be issued for same-day cancellations. (credit notes are valid for 2 months from the date of issue.)

4. Rental Period & Late Returns * Rental charges apply strictly for a 24-hour period. Late returns will incur full rental charges 
* Customers are responsible for informing exact event timings in case of event-related rentals. Extra hours will be charged additionally.

5. Loss, Damage & Alterations * Customers are liable for the cost of lost, stained, or damaged items. Charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
* Costumes must only be altered by hand stitching. Machine stitching is prohibited. Customers will be charged for any damage due to alterations.

6. Ironing & Maintenance * All costumes are professionally cleaned. * Ironing is not included and will be charged separately if requested.

7. Personal Belongings * PROS Productions is not responsible for loss or damage to customers’ personal items (e.g., jewellery, cash, mobile phones) on the premises.

8. Special Effects , Fake Weapon props & Permits * For bookings involving fire, aerial acts, pyrotechnics, cranes, Fake Weapon props or blood or hazardous items, the customer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions.
* PROS Productions is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or legal issues arising from such effects.

9. Delivery & Pickup* Home delivery and pickup services are chargeable and must be paid for in advance at the time of delivery.

10. Security Deposit * Security deposits will only be returned upon submission of the original invoice or bill.
* Online deposits will be refunded within 2 business days after return and inspection of items.
* Customers are responsible for collecting their deposit and any ID or documents submitted. PROS is not liable for items left unclaimed.

11. Promotions & Use of Branding * Only one discount, voucher, or offer can be applied per order.
* By renting from PROS, customers authorize use of their photos, name, and logo for promotional purposes

12. Liability & Legal Terms* All invoices, cheques and correspondence are subject to applicable laws and may be subject to legal action if terms are breached. * Rates and policies may change without prior notice.
* In case of emergencies, the studio/shop may close without prior notice. No complaints or compensation will be accepted for such closures.
